Intent.

If you are serious about your intention to buy a property in Spain, whether it be for investment, or holiday, or full time living, the only way to start is to come as our guests to view to buy.

Visit.

On an inspection trip we show you the areas and benefits and the attractions;
a range and variety of property to suit your requirements, budget, location and facilities;
and explain carefully what is involved in purchasing property in Spain.

All this is for your benefit and to show how we can make it simple and easy and overall enjoyable
rather than a series of heartaches and headaches as it seems to still be in the UK.

Expense.

What we ask you to pay for on an inspection visit are your own flights to and from Spain and your own evening meals.

We cover the cost of up to 3 night's accommodation for two people in a comfortable hotel (generally near the beach) and all the travel expenses touring the area and visiting the properties.

The beauty of these areas of Coastal Spain are the good service of airports form the UK and the Republic of Eire.
Whether you fly into Alicante (El Altet) or Murcia (San Javier), (in the future Corvera) airports
for the Costa Blanca or Costa Calida the flights today can be very inexpensive.
For the Northern area of the Costa Daurada we suggest either Reus (Tarragona) or Barcelona airports, although Valencia ( in the future Castellon) will be possible by arrangement

We recommend a 3 night and 4 day visit at any time to suit your schedule and your visit is arranged to suit your own personal needs and requirements.

Again, we offer no special deals or gimmicks and tell it as we see it.

Itinerary.

1st Day:
Flight arrival (about 2 to 2½ hour flight), we meet you at the arrival of the airport and take you to your hotel. If there is time, after you have settled, we can start a tour of the area.

2nd Day:
After breakfast we collect you and have time to tour the area and begin to see a range of sites and properties and developments to start refining your requirements.

3rd Day:
Now to specifically suit your requirements we home in on your preferred choices of property,
reserving anything which is close to the mark, or look further a field if we aren't getting there.
If you have already made your decision (can be surprisingly common at this stage),
we begin arrangements such as signing contracts, agreeing and paying deposits, opening bank accounts, Solicitor introduction, possibly insurance, mortgages or one of the many other needs we have to arrange.

4th Day:
Final property viewing or beginning of arrangements to purchase before returning to the airport for your flight home.
If you are still unsure, we can still arrange reservations and many other setting up procedures when you have returned to your home!

There are always one hundred and one questions and we would do our best to answer all your queries, whatever the purpose of your purchase we offer a "one stop shop" on a "one-2-one" basis.

With no coaches or minibus tours and no wining and dining to the small hours, but an easy and compact viewing giving you time to savour and experience the feeling of Spanish customs and cuisine.
